For your spring, summer or fall functions, The Patio is available for parties of 70 to 100 for a sit-down dinner or luncheon. The Patio has an awning and beautiful view of the Ohio River and Sawyer Point Park. In case of inclement weather, a super-cool clear drop cloth encloses the entire area.

The Turf Room, located on the second floor of our facility, is available year-round. Turf Rooms A and B can be combined into one awesome mega-room with a gorgeous view of the city and Sawyer Point. Turf Room B alone has no view, but is tastefully decorated. Available every day of the week.

For smaller, more intimate parties and meetings, we also offer the Kentucky Speedway Room. This room faces historic Mt. Adams. The year-round facility comfortably accommodates up to 30 people, and can also be sectioned off into two separate rooms; one room can accommodate up to 10 people, and the other room can accommodate up to 20 people. Perfect if you want to separate your in-laws.

The Big Top tent is an outdoor venue located on the west side of our building and has a view of the Ohio River and Sawyer Point Park. The Big Top is available from April 1st through October 31st and can accommodate parties of 150 to 250 people for a cocktail party, sit down dinner or dinner buffet. This is the perfect area for outdoor wedding receptions, fundraisers or large group celebrations.

The Bob Hope room is located on the second floor of our facility and is available year-round. The Hope room is on the west side of our building and has a panoramic view of the Ohio River, Sawyer Point Park and the Kentucky skyline and can accommodate parties of 60 to 100 people for sit down dinner or luncheon. There is also an outdoor balcony available for gathering and/or cocktails.

Due to the sizes of luncheon and dinner parties, it is necessary to set a limited menu based upon our standard luncheon or dinner menu. Below you’ll find our selected menu and our buffet hors d’oeuvre and appetizers list that is available for your private party. And don’t worry: we picked the good stuff. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Valet Parking is available, and the Boathouse is completely handicapped accessible.
For a rental fee, audio and visual equipment is available in all private rooms.
Our accepted methods of payment are all major credit cards. We do not direct bill.
In order for your party to go as smoothly as possible, we offer package menus for lunch and dinner. When making your reservation, please notify us if you would prefer to use our pre-set menu.
